Nomination Petition: Pat Davidson for STRS Board

  2. Collect signatures from contributing (active) members of STRS Ohio.

• Only contributing (active) teachers can sign the nomination petition.

• Each petition has spaces for 10 signatures.

• You are not required to have 10 signatures on a petition.

• You can turn in a petition with only one signature.

• The last four digits of the signer's SSN are required to verify that the petition signer is a contributing (active) member of STRS Ohio.

• Davidson must collect signatures from at least 500 contributing (active) members of STRS containing the signatures of at least 20 members from each of at least 10 counties wherein such members are employed.

Election Timeline

• Feb. 24, 2023: Deadline for nomination petitions

• April 3, 2023: Mailing of election ballots to contributing members

• May 1, 2023: Deadline for receipt of votes

• May 6, 2023: Certification of election results by board of tellers

• Sept. 1, 2023: Elected member’s term begins
